Applications and Features (Non-comprehensive AMC):

Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System:

  1. Checking for functioning of the pumps, pressure testing, maintenance etc. complete.
  2. Checking for functioning of the Fire Electrical Control Panels.
  3. Electrical Repairs and necessary assistance to get the system in order (additional job).
  4. Checking of system leakage & line pressure in all gauges.
  5. Checking of hoses and Branches pipes & operation of all auxiliary units.
  6. Cleaning of sprinkler if accumulated by dust.
  7. Checking of isolation valves and operation of all auxiliary unit.
  8. Checking of sprinkler Bulb head for proper conditions.
  9. Checking of alarm valve and all the pumps.
  10. Checking the setting of the pressure switches and all the pumps by operating.
  11. Checking of hydrant valves washers and Brass lock.
  12. Starting the Pump manually through the control panels.
  13. Operating the pumps in Auto Mode and checking the System.
  14. Checking of isolation valves for glands leakages.
  15. Checking up Diesel in stock, battery connections and Fluid level, correct it, if necessary
  16. Issuing maintenance report to Customer and advising the customer about deficiency and taking necessary corrective actions.

Fire Detection System

  1. Fire Alarm Panel housing cleaning which includes internal PCB Cleaning.
  2. Checking the control panel to ascertain that it shows normal operation
  3. Checking of random detectors for correct operation.
  4. Detectors & Devices cleaning with the help of blower.
  5. Loop Voltage checking.
  6. Battery Voltage checking.
  7. Visual checking of all cable fittings and equipment are secure, undamaged and adequately protected.
  8. Check the system for any errors and alarms.
  9. Power Supply checks.
  10. AC Voltages across phase-neutral / phase-earth / neutral-earth.
  11. Checking DC voltages across DC power supply.
  12. Checking of communication cables.
  13. Sort out any problematic issues with respect to the system and corrective actions for the existing problems.
  14. Issuing maintenance report to Customer and advising the customer about deficiency and taking necessary corrective actions.
  15. Giving training to concerned staff.

Public Address System:

  1. Speaker Connection Checking
  2. Amplifier voltage checking
  3. Checking all amplifier connections, knobs and sliders – tighten any that are loose
  4. Cleaning the heads on audio players.·         Checking the base of the microphone for bent or loose pins.
  5. Checking mains power supplies, examine all plugs and fuses for condition.
  6. Checking system is fully operational.
  7. Visual checking of all the cable fittings and equipment are secure, undamaged and adequately protected.
  8. Issuing maintenance report to Customer and advising the customer about deficiency and taking necessary corrective actions.
  9. Giving training to concerned staff.

Fire Extinguishers:

  1. Pressure checking on pressure gauge which should be at recommended level of Fire Extinguishers (not too high and not too low)
  2. Checking powder level of chemical in Fire Extinguishers to see if it needs to be refilled.
  3. Verifying the pull pin is properly secured within the handle and held in place by the tamper seal.
  4. Examining the fire extinguisher for any cracks, dents, or rust on its shaft which might hinder its performance.
  5. Check that there is a visible instruction label on the fire extinguisher, and that it is legible in case of emergency.
  6. Issuing maintenance report to Customer and advising the customer about deficiency and taking necessary corrective actions.
  7.  Giving training to concerned staff.
