.) Leaf: 40 mm thickness individually injected in Polyisocyanurate (PIR Insulation) (40-45 kg/m3), 6mm polyethylene (PE) leaf with co-extruded EPDM gaskets. 

Included methacrylate Porthole 400H*280L and extra polyethylene Protection in the base 300 mm height.

.) Frame: L-shaped extruded pre coated aluminium with counter frame adapted to all wall panel thicknesses. 

.) Hinges: Specially designed stainless steel hinges for intensive use.

.) Optional polyamide, optional PCGI leaf finished.
